Each activity has a specific focus: Knowledge transferring and intellectual property, Cybersecurity, Education and the Metaverse, Innovation Myths, Creative Industries, Business Analytics and more.

We are pleased to invite you to TIE 2022! Check the full program below:

    MONDAY 24-10 – 10:00 >> 12:00

    Innovation Loves Risk

A conversation based on an innovation myth related to innovation practices and processes. In these session we will demystify innovation through an informal dialogue between innovation practitioners, that aim to deconstruct it, in a fun and creative way.

    14:30 >> 18:00  Beyond Cybersecurity Forum

Currently, cyber defense is the responsibility of all employees of organizations. To rethink the cyber strategy of organizations, Nova SBE created the ‘Beyond Cybersecurity Forum’, an immersive cybersecurity experience with various awareness actions for this topic and which is aimed at a wide spectrum of people, with different professional backgrounds.

Join top executives and industry experts on this intensive day to encourage thinking beyond cybersecurity as a purely technical discipline.

    TUESDAY 25-10 – 10:00 >> 12:00

Black Mirror Talk: Web 3 and the Future of Education

Inspired by the homonymous TV series, the Black Mirror Talks are about exploring, and imagining future scenarios where technology and the digital culture embrace an even deeper transformational effect – could we say dystopian? – in society and businesses. A meeting not to celebrate tech per se, but rather to envision and conjecture direct or unintended consequences of such a tectonic shift in our life.

    09:30 >> 18:00  Technology Transfer Deals: Projects from A to Z

This one-day course, by LES and Nova SBE Innovation Ecosystem, with Morais Leitão and Clarke Modet support, will take the participants through a journey that starts at the moment when a company decides to acquire technology from a third-party and ends when the deal is concluded and the company is reaping the benefits of having the technology it needed.

    WEDNESDAY 26-10 – 10:00 >> 12:00

Collision Talks: Is the Creative Economy an Innovation Business?

The Collision Talks are all about diversity and freedom of thought. Neither drama nor absolute truths: we intentionally bring together people who might differ between them, to be constructively provoked by each other or by our questions (or rather the public’s). Information to depolarize: more than ever, we need meaningful collisions.

15:00 >> 17:30 Business Analytics: From Data to Decision Making

In this event, by LTP Labs in partnership with Nova SBE Data Science Knowledge Centre and Nova SBE Innovation Ecosystem, we will gather decision-makers to share the state-of-the-art in business analytics with real case studies and actionable insights.
